Biography
Mina is a commercial and property lawyer, with a focus on providing excellent legal service and client experience.
Mina is admitted to practice as a Legal Practitioner at the ACT Supreme Court, having completed a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) / Politics, Philosophy and Economics at the ANU and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice at the College of Law. She embarked on a legal career working as a paralegal then a solicitor post-admission at a boutique law firm in Canberra. She has built her reputation in the Canberra legal community as a trustworthy and highly-skilled solicitor, as well as an expertise in various facets of residential conveyancing (ACT and NSW), wills and estate planning, before joining Lexmerca’s commercial law team in 2023.
With a keen eye for detail and enthusiasm for a challenge, Mina takes a professional and efficient approach to understanding and meeting clients’ needs. She is also fluent in Korean and has extensive experience assisting clients and stakeholders from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
