Biography
Cindy is a property and commercial lawyer dedicated to providing exceptional legal service to her clients.
Cindy completed a Bachelor of Laws (Honours)/Bachelor of Criminology at the Australian National University and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice at the College of Law. She was admitted to practice by the ACT Supreme Court in 2020. Since her admission, she has gained invaluable experience and developed her skills in ACT law firms.
Joining Lexmerca Lawyers in 2024, Cindy’s areas of expertise are residential property dealings and commercial transactions in the ACT and NSW. This includes conveyancing, commercial leasing and licencing, construction contracts, sale and purchase of business, sale and purchase of shares and shareholders agreements.
Cindy ensures her clients are well-informed and supported during the course of their matter and prides herself on providing legal advice that is reliable, timely and practical. She is also fluent in Korean, and excels in assisting clients and stakeholders from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
