Richard is an accomplished and strategic commercial litigation lawyer and he leads the firm’s Litigation and Dispute practice. He invests time in listening to his clients’ needs to ensure his advice achieves and protects their legal and commercial interests. He enjoys building long-term relationships with his clients. Richard regularly appears in the Supreme Court, the Magistrate Courts and ACAT. His expertise extends to commercial contract disputes, property disputes, commercial leasing disputes, as well as building and construction matters.
Richard also assists in the firm’s commercial practice where he provides advice to clients on transactional matters, business sales, shareholder agreements, share sale agreements and general commercial drafting.
He is studying his Masters of Commercial Law at the University of Melbourne, which means he is well placed to tackle the most complex commercial matters and provide advice that is practical, relevant, and commercial.
Richard is a proud volunteer with the ACT Law Society’s Legal Advice Bureau, where he provides free legal advice across a range of issues to Canberrans.
Richard has twice been a finalist in the ‘Lawyers Weekly 30 under 30’, evidencing his legal skills, hard work and commercial acumen.
