Biography
Jin is an accomplished commercial and property lawyer with a growing list of trusted clientele. In 2016, he commenced his legal career at a boutique law firm in Canberra, where he built and managed a strong legal practice and quickly established himself as a leading team member.
In 2020 he joined Lexmerca Lawyers, bringing his talent, skills, and dedication to the firm. His professional and courteous approach to commercial and property law matters see Jin achieving favourable outcomes for his clients.
Jin’s particular areas of expertise include: commercial leasing, franchise agreements, finance agreements, Retirement Villages Act (ACT and NSW), sale and purchase of business and commercial property (ACT and NSW), residential property transactions (ACT, NSW and VIC), wills and estate, and shareholders’ agreements.
